I would make this office my primary doctor's office if it were possible. This will definitely be the place where I will come and recommend for any future urgent care needs for friends and family.

Excellent service from the front desk! My son was seen and needed antibiotics. His script was sent to a nearby pharmacy who was having 'technical' issues receiving and filling the script, and I needed to get his script filled before he left for a trip. I explained the dilemma to the front staff at Family First and they made sure to redirect the script to a different pharmacy, even though their office was officially closed. Thank you for going the extra mile!

Staff is funny, and super helpful. The physicians are great and go over any questions and concerns I bring up. Blood testing on premises is convenient when needed.

Saw Dr. Dahab for my annual exam. She is the best. Takes her time with me, answers all my questions. She's very thorough and so nice.

I have worked with Dr. Qumei and Maria at Family First, who have both been amazing in providing great care. Dr Dahab is an amazing doctor. She listens to her patients and she makes sure that your well taken care of.

Recently had some difficulty with my mail order pharmacy. I was running dangerously low on insulin. Maria called them directly, and explained what the Doctor wanted. The medication was shipped within hours ! Bravo ! These people have been my primary physicians for almost 25 years . Doctor Richard Mojares is a superstar who learned from his Father, who also treated me years ago. This caliber of care is very hard to find these days .

Everyone is very pleasant and helpful. It's clean, organized and has an on premise LabCorp. Return calls are made promptly. I am usually seen same day for concerning issues.
I worked as a Medical Receptionist for 24 years before moving to this area in 2021. I was very picky when it came to finding a new Primary but have been pleasantly pleased.

I have been going to Family First for about four years. I have not one complaint. Their always on time never have to wait. From the person that greets you at the desk, to the nurse to the Dr. They are always pleasant. I feel I'm never rushed, they go over everything with you. They make sure all your questions are answered and they always make you feel special. I will never go anywhere else.

I love this office! I care a lot about finding nice primary care doctors because of my prior experiences, but I struck gold at this office. Dr. Hannah Sisti is my doctor every time I see her she is so sweet and genuinely excited to see and hear from me. She explains all of my test results in depth and makes sure I feel comfortable with all of the medical terminology. All of the nurses are also wonderful. Maria was my most recent nurse and she is both nice and efficient with her work. The only negative experience I've had with one of the people at the front desk over a phone call, but other than that I have had nothing but pleasant experiences with the front desk staff. Please go to this doctors office, you won't regret it.

The very best care possible!! Have you ever been to a doctors office that treats you like cattle, attempting to see as many patients (customers) as possible? Family First actually cares about your healthcare and they prove that by taking their time to properly treat you by asking many questions and preforming a thorough examination. You'll walk out of there with a satisfied feeling that you received the best medical care. The staff is very friendly and the doctors are the very best! Much quicker than the last urgent care placi went to. They bring you from a side door directly to the exam room. Both people I talked to were very friendly and knowledgeable. I only had to wait about 5 minutes.

Excellent phone reception skills, helped with test information as well as appointment information. Technician was very helpful and prompt with testing. Nurse practitioner very knowledgeable with my symptoms and after-care.

Always a pleasure.... Everyone is so nice and friendly. NP's are knowledgeable and informative. This is the third using this urgent care because it is impossible to get into my PCP within a timely fashion...... and, so close to home. This is a great service in the neighborhood.

My first visit was less than favorable due to a misunderstanding but between Maria from Family First Physicians and everyone who assisted me today, particularly Rose, my experience was much better.

Made the appointment (early Sunday) online from a few days before. Brought my husband along because he caught what I had (flu). Medical tech allowed us to be seen together, hardly had to wait.

Smart, personable and efficient, responsive, intuitive staff - from administrative to nurse to primary medical contact. Clean offices. Wait time was 30 minutes, which was good. This office is WORLDS BETTER / more professional and properly managed, than another urgent care office on the Asbury circle. Will definitely come back again to this office when needed. Thank you!

Came in because my 2 year old daughter wasn't herself and was complaining of ear pain. Everyone was so friendly, kind, and patient. We were in and out quickly and were able to start her on antibiotics within the hour. I'd recommend them to anyone!

I went into the urgent care today because I had been sick the last few days and was not getting better. I was able to walk in with no waiting time. I got checked out right away by Rose who was super nice and made me feel comfortable the entire time. They diagnosed me with strep throat and helped me get an antibiotic prescription right away and explained how to take them. Overall my experience was completely stress free, quick, and everyone was super nice!

Very happy with my visit to Family First today. Went on my neighbor's recommendation. First time going to an urgent care center. Made an appointment easily online and was seen on time and finished within an hour after being examined and having X-rays. The receptionist was very nice as were the medical assistant and the NP. So glad I went there. Felt much better afterwards. Would highly recommend.

I've been a patient of Family First Urgent Care for a number of years now visiting both the Oakhurst and Eatontown offices. I've had nothing but positive experiences with all of my visits. So much so that I also utilize their Family First Primary Physicians services as well. Everyone in their offices from the front desk receptionist to my primary doctor, and everyone in between, have been nothing but professional, friendly, and supportive during each visit. I highly recommend.

We've used FF several times & they're very responsive. Hardly ever a wait. All the techs are friendly & the providers are thorough.

I was able to easily schedule the whole family to be tested the next morning after learning of an exposure to one of my kids. The online scheduling was quick and they take insurance with just a photo. The nurse practitioner Cathy was very kind and has a great manner with small kids. Would definitely recommend this location for medical services.

I had an excellent visit to Family First Urgent Care in Oakhurst. My waiting time was minimal and I was able to get much needed medication within 30 minutes. Thanks to everyone who keeps things going smoothly there!

I've been here several times, and each time the care was EXCELLENT.
One time involved a severe hand wound that wouldn't stop bleeding. Another time was cellulitis that didn't respond to another doctor's prescription - the prescription I got here worked great.
Most recently was for a severe and annoying head cold.
Each time, the care I got here was courteous, thorough, and effective.
The nurse practitioners are super knowledgeable and, every time, they have taken care of my problem. They take the time to listen really know their field.
Everyone here is very courteous and the office staff is very helpful.
I'm glad they are in my area.

They are just the best. Making an appointment is super easy. I was able to get a same day appointment and was seen right away. I had issues with my prescription and the MA was incredibly helpful and got it all situated immediately. I highly recommend.

Excellent customer service! The doctor and staff were very polite and helpful in helping diagnose my illnesses and treatment plan. This was the best Urgent Care/doctors office I EVER visited in my lifetime. It was very clean, offered coffee, tea, and snacks while you wait. The wait time was very fast! I was in and out in no time! You guys rock!
