Drs. Gregg and Richard Mojares are dedicated to providing patients of all ages with access to episodic urgent care and primary care for chronic conditions. They follow in the footsteps of their father, Dr. Dennis E. Mojares, Sr., who opened Monmouth County’s first urgent care center in 1981, and practice with him.
“We are treating more members of the local community via our expanding network of urgent care and primary care centers,” says Dr. Richard Mojares, medical director.
The brothers, who also work with Dr. William Downs and Dr. Rebekah Adamczyk, who leads the primary care office, treat non–life-threaten-ing medical conditions like lacerations, sprains, strains, worker’s compensation injuries, fractures and upper respiratory infections. They provide X-rays, IV fluids and medications. At Family First Urgent Care locations, including a Toms River office opened this past summer, walk-in patients get immediate treatment seven days a week. Because the doctors collaborate with many other primary care offices, patients can maintain a continuity of care and communication with their own primary physicians.
“At every Family First location, you’re family,” says Dr. Richard Mojares.
