COVID-19 is the new coronavirus that has spread throughout the world. We are working tirelessly here at Family First to address the needs of our community throughout this pandemic. If you would like to get tested - whether you were exposed, are currently experiencing symptoms, or have an upcoming procedure - Family First Urgent Care offers COVID-19 testing through the CDC approval nasal swab PCR testing. We also offer the rapid COVID-19 antigen nasal swab as well for immediate results. Please note, the rapid antigen testing costs $50 since it is not covered by many insurance plans. Antibody COVID-19 testing is available through a blood draw.. In addition to testing, we are also offering telemedicine visual visits with a provider to address any COVID-19 concerns.

  • Symptoms of Covid-19 include fever, chills, headache, body aches, fatigue, sore throat, cough, shortness of breath, chest tightness, abdominal discomfort, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, rash, or loss of taste/smell.

The state of New Jersey requires all surgical procedures to have a PCR Covid-19 test 6 days pre-procedure at most. We are happy to share results with your physician once they are completed.

Family First provides a full examination and determination as part of the testing. Therefore, the cost to each patient varies based on the individual's healthcare policy copay, deductible and insurance coverage. Family First will collect an individual's healthcare policy copay, deductible or insurance coverage at the time of testing. Patients should check with their insurance companies to determine their coverage for COVID-19 testing, and if your insurance covers the test.
