Patient Cost

Family First provides a full examination and determination as part of the testing. Therefore, the cost to each patient varies based on the individual’s healthcare policy copay, deductible and insurance coverage. Family First will collect an individual’s healthcare policy copay, deductible or insurance coverage at the time of testing. Patients should check with their insurance companies to determine their coverage for COVID-19 testing, and if your insurance covers the test.

Due to the high demand for COVID testing, we have implemented a new online booking system for exposure and symptomatic related testing. Please be aware that the appointments book up quickly. Please check daily for appointment time slots.
